Location of this hotel is just superb. Beach-front -- just on Turtle beach. Very close to other tourist sites. Our room was clean and had all necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and descent. Running hot water was available. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. They offered beach activities like snorkeling and swimming with Turtles. Overall we had a good stay and will come back if we ever re-visit Mirissa.

The mosquito nets in our room was a bit dirty and needs proper washing. Some areas had black stains or probably fungal mold. The in-house restaurant is over-priced i think for their drinks and snacks. Could be cheaper.

The property is in the perfectttt location every tourist places and cafés are in walkable distance

We had an amazing time at turtle bay beach resort especially with the host Nikini as she was amazing. During our stay they have kindly upgraded our room to a sea view suit without any additional extra charge. I cannot speak about how delicious the breakfast was especially the Srilanka one!! They were even kind enough to hold our 6 months old baby while we were having our breakfast. During our checkout they gave us a Ceylon black tea as a gift. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay, from the rooms, to the food, to the hospitality. Will definitely come back again!!

Amazing location, very nice staff and nice food. The family room was huge, with such a nice seaside view from the balcony.

The room was smelly, maybe from humidity, maybe something else. This should really be checked by the staff, as it was quite strong. Other than that however the place was amazing, and we were anyway only in the room for sleeping.

Our host was beautiful, making sure we were comfortable and answering all our questions. The room was spacious and tidy, with cute netting around the bed. We also were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Seaview room which just enhanced our stay even more!!! This accom is situated right on the beach front, access to private beach and free snorkel hire!
