great location overlooking the National Park and saw zebras, giraffes and birds from our room.

the people working there - we travel a lot and everyone from security, reception, breakfast cooks, shops were so attentive, fun and interested. Everyone seems to have been smiling because they seemed happy.

the employees are super competent, friendly and decide on their own

a friendly thought - invest a bit in your 10th floor rooftop- some lounges , plants, etc. such as business opportunity

Stunning view over the national park from the dining room, as well as the rooftop bar. Nice place for an after work drink before dinner. Staff were great and breakfast had a generous selection and a good variety. Additional restaurants if you walk across to the older hotel.

The rooftop bar lacked atmosphere/vibe. My room's en-suit had a weird toilet-behind-the-door setup, which I found super annoying. TV didn't work properly and would switch off by itself, aircon was incredibly loud. I thought the hotel was overpriced for the overall offering.

Very impressive first impression. Staff were very friendly. Very comfortable.

My bathroom had a smell and the bathroom tap water was running,something they could have fixed before someone checks in the room

Great breakfast with lots of choice. Everyone was very nice. I asked for an airport pick up and a man was waiting for me to drive me to the hotel, very nice and efficient. Thanks :)

Nothing

The location was the best! The staff was so nice. The rooms were decent but the best was the roof top pool and in the evening they had a great band.

I can't think of anything. Maybe add an observation area with some tower viewers??

The room was big and beautiful, what I like the most was entering the room and seeing my name on the screen

The food at Emara restaurant was not that good but the restaurant at one sereni restaurant was very yummy
