Le Petit Hotel & Restaurant

After reviewing the details of the hotel at booking.com, we choose to stay for two nights starting from17th November 2024. One of the reasons for selecting this hotel was the parking facility. When I checked in, my car was parked in the hotel’s car park by a member of the hotel staff. The next morning I discovered that one of the side mirrors of my car was broken, apparently by the hotel’s maintenance crew while they were painting the wall near the car park. When I informed the hotel staff about this, no one took the responsibility. I expected the hotel would fix the car or pay for the damage, as it occurred while my car was parked in your car park under the supervision of your staff. But unfotunately they didnt do anything to compensate or didnt bother to say sorry for what happened.

The family room had a large double bed and a queen bed. The room and bathroom were clean. It was equipped with an AC, fan, mini fridge and a TV.

There was no top sheet for the smaller bed but luckily I took a blanket from home, and they only provided two towels. The mini fridge didn't work properly so the beverages didn't cool properly. The baby pool looked like the water hadn't been refreshed in a while and looked dirty. Eventhough the checkout time indicated on booking.com was 12.00-1.00pm, we were asked to leave by 12 or incur additional charges.
