"Clean and good Location!"

It's the biggest room we had throughout our stay with seaview and balcony. Only walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurant nearby.

The bathroom curtain needs to replace.

"Near the beach"

The room was very confortable and above everything the people working there is ready to help you with anything you need. Is just a couple of meters from Negombo beach wich was perfect.

A little difficult to reach the place in the booking map but it is better to use Google maps. However despite this situation the manager and the people working there are willing to help you and make you feel confortable ☺️

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good . 3 min walk to Negombo beach.

Shame that there is so much rubbish on the way to the beach.Maybe organising/ suggesting a cleaning spree with the 2 restaurants and art Atellier s on the way to the beach would benefit the little community..

Traveling with children we choose places with swimming pools available. The pool did not have water and appeared to have been out of use for quite some time.
