"Great value for your money."

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was next to the beach. It was off season so there weren't many guests and everyone was attentive and made my first meal in Sri Lanka a delicious one! The best part about this place was actually Elvis, my airport driver they hired. He picked me up from the airport and met me the next day to go over an 8 day trip to see Sri Lanka. He is a 10+ driver and his recommendations were custom to my needs. He absolutely made my trip the best! Highly recommend contact Elvis at +94 00 960 1560.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged, sheets were clean but visibility old and the pool was out of service while I was there.

"Description of the room and the hotel lacks transparency"

Comfortable room, clean. Lovely patio at the back of the hotel to watch the sun set, not quite on the beach, but view on the beach from the patio. Good location on the main road, with restaurants and supermarkets around. Quiet. Nice sofa to sit on. Very friendly and professional manager.

No restaurant or rooftop bar is open, but the manager very kindly got us a drink. We rented a room with a balcony, but it's too narrow to use, and it faces a wall. The room is too dark for my liking. It would be more honest to mention that the balcony is only a decoration, facing a wall, not to be used.

Hospitality, nice and helpful staff. View to the beach and terrace. Rooftop bar. The best room I have been to in Srí lanka.

May be noisy if you have room facing to terrace and somebody is talking there.

"very good choice for budget travellers"

I had a room with an ocean view on the first floor and considering the price I paid I could not ask for more! I could see the ocean from my bed, the room was spacious and clean, with air-con, nice modern bathroom and a fridge. The hotel has a path at the back that goes directly to the beach. The manager was very helpful, and you can pay by card. Just 3-min walk to the left is the nicest and the cleanest part of Negombo beach as there are some higher standard hotels.

The only minus was that I hoped for breakfast on the balcony with ocean view, but we only had coffee as they did not have any breakfast available.
