the hostel guy was so kind and gentle

dirty bathrooms, the map position that is on booking is wrong. The hostel is 1 more kilometer far from the city centre in front of the tourist police station and close to the jude restaurant

Good location, helpful and friendly staff, clean, nice rooftop to sit and relax. Was very safe and secure

I didn't have a key and if I returned past 10pm when the restaurant entrance (only entrance)was shut I'd have to buzz in and one day ring at a terrible late tome as buzzer wasnt working and wake someone up to let enter I felt bad to wake people to do that. Maybe installing a pin system or swipe card for guests to avoid the hassle for workers in the future could be a good idea.

Really friendly staff. The shower worked really good.

Location is a bit far from Colombo, and there are no local buses to reach the hostel. There are no plugs next to the beds. Cleaning could be better.

All basic facilities required available e.g hot water, air con, dth tv, clothes drying rack etc Very near to beach. Other locations easily accessible. Very good host, good English communication skills.

Nothing specially I enjoyed my stay here. May be lighting in the room can be improved, and window in bathroom should be covered with net to avoid mosquito entering room

The room was clean and comfortable

I was told breakfast would cost 1000 rp and it was 1500 rp at the end. The staff was friendly but they lied to me about the bus so I would take a tuktuk instead. No lockers in the room.
