GBBreakfast was excellent as long as you don't ask for marmalade for your toast. Great friendly staff.
The room was not very practical . The monkey bedside lamps had no shades on them and at bedtime, the bright lights are too bright. The shower room was very small and a glass shelf just above the basin covered up half of the basin. Cleaning your teeth was not easy without hitting your head on the glass shelf! Spitting into the basin was near impossible without twisting your head around.

The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had a great stay. Great full English breakfast included. Perfect location for exploring Newport, Ironbridge and surrounding areas. This was our second visit to The Swan Hotel and we will definitely be back.
