Poor. Looked like it had been put out a while and was drying up under the hot lights.

Could have been replenished more often.

Cooked breakfast OK Prices fair. Good location. Riverside garden pleasant on hot day.

Would have liked fruit cereal and fruit juice with cooked breakfast offer Bedroom corridor lighting too gloomy Some areas need a lock of paint.

Good location on the outskirts of Norwich. Good value.

Too hot, no air con only a fan and the windows only opened a crack

Nice enough

Check in was a bit of a faff.. had to wait for bar staff to finish serving drinks (even ones that queued after I'd been waiting) to get checked in (only one server behind the bar.

Didn't stay to far from train station

Location good for visiting relatives, helpful staff and easy check in. Good bathroom.

Carpet was very dirty and stained all over, room right next to the road and TV didn't work. Walls were also stained and needed redecorating. Horrible ultra cheap loo roll.
