Better than it looks from the outside, excellent staff , excellent rooms , good meals from pub

Parking , if you get there at a busy time parking is difficult, especially if Norwich are playing at home

Breakfast wasn't the best for a fry up

The value for money- room was fine, bathroom shower a touch small but we managed. Nice river side location. Quiet. The bus stop was close by and parking was good.

Breakfast was very limited- everything fried 🙁. No option for scrambled egg or poached eggs.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice

Restaurant furniture is a bit outdated

Very friendly, approachable staff. Room serviced daily. Clean and tidy.

The room was small and pokey. Breakfast was clumsy. If you wanted cereals and toast followed by a cooked breakfast you had to pay for two breakfasts which works out quite expensive.

Ideally located for me.

The room was very cold and the radiator had little affect
