"A lot of money to stay in a car park, unless you were a favoured "Tradie"."

Well, you don't stay in the hotel but in the car park in a "donger" style cabin. However, the cabin space itself was cosy and immaculate. It's just that I thought I was staying in a hotel. breakfast very basic do it yourself.

Very basic breakfast. Paying $160 a night to stay in a car park. I see "Tradies" were getting a special rate of $80 a night. Why do they get half-price; many make a fortune. why this discrimination. I wish I were a "Tradie".

"It was pleasant . It was affordable at short notice. I'd be prepared to use them again."

The Avon River is beautiful. The staff member we had most to do with went above and beyond to be helpful and make the stay a pleasant one. The food we had was excellent.

Newer bedding would have been nice and the room, bathroom/toilet and the room facilities need updating, but they were clean.

We didn't have the breakfast but it was available. It was nice to have a bottle of water in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A few small ants managed to find their way onto the bench in the room. Probably after the sweet drink we had in a jug.
