Riverside Hotel

The walls in the Units are to thin and in the morning at 5.00 am I could clearly here a couple in the middle unit having sex not cool 😒

Location is good, it is just ok considering room rate with continental breakfast included

It looks like a motel, not hotel. Sent a request message but did not received a reply, no reception area to check in, arrived early but had to wait as no receptionist attended.

Though we didn't avail ourselves, it is a positive that breakfast is available.

Room could have been cleaned better

Clean.Bed comfy, basics, but affordable. Breakfast room had basic self serve breakfast included, but adequate. Nice room to eat in and read morning paper over breakfast.Beer Garden nice place to relax. Room had own ensuite, fridge, microwave, towels, soap.

Staff young, seemed under stress, frustrated and not happy to be there kind of attitude or off service with a smile One young woman approachable, helpful, but very distracted. Could do with a frontman/ Woman with a smile and more helpful to older travellers, then I'd return, as for budget it has what you need. Doesn't have luxury items like, hair dryer, shampoo, like motels, so bring your own and extra milk for your coffees.But I was okay with that. I was a solo older female this time, visiting town for a meeting at night. I Felt safe enough when I came back to the accomodation in a more man's environment, as it's fenced, lighted, donga type quarters, at back of hotel away from noise. Cheaper than Caravan park for one night. Would consider staying again if back in town.If service with a smile..
