La ubicación fenomenal, habitación amplia, buena atención de el personal, instalaciones limpias.

No hay agua caliente en el lavamanos, la habitación no tiene plancha para la ropa, el check out es a las 12, checan la habitación al salir.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y en una zona segura, a unas cuadras del centro. Las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, el personal atento y en general todo agradable. La relación calidad - precio adecuada. Muy buena estancia.

"Mi experiencia en Orizaba."

La decoración muy bonita, los colores de la habitacion, la ropa de cama, muy limpio y el sonido del río fabuloso . Muy cómodo el lugar ,nos atendieron bien desde que llegamos hasta que nos retiramos.un poco lejos del centro pero cerca del río. Llegue ahí por recomendación y cuando pueda lo haré también,.

Solo 3 observaciones en mi habitación 104 no servía el pasador de la puerta del baño y la lámpara de buró del lado de la ventana no funcionaba. Otro inconveniente es que el estacionamiento está muy cerca de las habitaciones y nos tocó una camioneta que hacía mucho ruido su motor y salía muy temprano que nos despertaba. Son detalles tolerables.
