El hotel esta bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro y de la Central Camionera. El problema fue el ruido de la calle en la noche, ya que me asignaron una habitación que daba hacia la calle.

La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro. Junto a la terminal de autobuses. El internet es muy rápido y muy buena limpieza en las habitaciones.

La señora que realiza el check-in muy apatica, haciendo las cosas con mala cara y explicando como si te estuviera haciendo un favor. La cama super incómoda y solo una cobija super delgada para el clima frío de Orizaba.

This was a lovely place to stay, they did seem upset about our dog staying too. We paid all the needed fees for him, and he was well behaved… I’m sure it’s because he is big. Overall they were friendly, the location was great . Close to river walk..
