Mekong Riverside Lodge

Great stay! Beautiful views on the balcony! Cold a/c, good WiFi, a welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival was a huge surprise! Breakfast was simple but plenty! Such kind staff! What a delight

Très belle vue sur le Mekong, à l’arrivée du slow boat quelqu’un vient chercher nos sacs pour les monter en scooter et on a une boisson rafraîchissante en arrivant à la réception. Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre est très confortable et il y a des moustiquaires.

The service and location

Staff were very kind and greeted you with a nice beverage cosy looking and clean lodge with decent facilities

Mosquito net was broken

The room we had overlooked the Mekong and elephant sanctuary and shared a balcony with the neighbour. Very basic and not very clean (although it is a very dusty place). Room has no aircon or fridge but does have a fan and mosquito net over bed. Close to boat and town. Recommend Meal at Saibaidee. Bonus was watching the elephant bathe in the morning.

You could smoke on your shared balcony which means your neighbour has to close all doors and windows.

Obiekt położony przy samej przystani slow boat. Ładny widok z okna. Smaczne i świeże śniadanie. Mili i pomocni gospodarze. Domek wykonany jest z ratanu, więc trzeba liczyć się z tym, że są insekty. Dobrze, że jest moskitiera. Czysta pościel. W łazience ciepła woda. Dobre WiFi.

Drogo jak na Laos, ale są to dobre warunki jak na taką wioskę. Wystarczy spojrzeć w jakich domach żyją lokalni mieszkańcy. W pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, tylko wiatrak.
