We spend 2024 New Year evenings, they arrange in house fireworks. That was very fantastic 👏 👌 😀 kids enjoyed a lot.

No free toothbrush/toothpaste for such an expensive villas. Hot shower was not working.

"Chinese owners only care about Chinese customers."

The phillipino staff was wonderful. The Chinese owners were horrible. Next to our room, construction was being done. They were breaking up the cement floor, 8 hours a day, with a hammer and screwdriver. Multiple workers at a time. The owner never approached us or apologized.

The Chinese owners seem to care only about their Chinese customers. Breakfast is order the night before. When we arrived for breakfast, we were basically ignored. But the Chinese customers were promptly taken care of, and their breakfast is ready as soon as they sat down. We waited for about 20 minutes and finally left without being served.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT!"

Worst Resort I've Been To! It looks good in the photos but it didn't leave up to the expectations. I paid P12000 for one night stay for 3 persons and I get the worst experience ever. The wood panels beside the pool are wobbly and can cause accidents. My mom who is a senior citizen almost slipped on the floor. There is no coffee set up in the room for the P12000 I paid! Breakfast is a measly plate of oily food. Wifi is free but super bad connection. Worst of all is the service of it's FO: Mary and Jane. I asked for the SC discount of my mom and she said they don't give discount because the owner is Chinese. I said it is mandated by law. She reasoned: "But it still depends on the company." I complained about the no coffee in the room which is a minimum requirements of DOT. They have DOT accreditation, she said. Mary replied: If you don't want to stay here, You are free to leave. Can I get a discount, she said NO. Omg! 😱What customer service. Then I told her I will report all these complaints to DOT. She said: "Okay, Go ahead..I will wait for it". I have need to do many hotels, luxury hotel and never get treatment such as this. Stay away from this resort.... 😡

The resort was pretty and had a lot of potential but has maintenance issues. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was blah, not much to choose from. The swimup bar was not open during our entire 4 night stay. We were told we can still order drinks, and did them we were told it would be 15 mins. An hour later we checked on the drinks and were told the bartender wasn’t there. The entire stay the shower water was cold except the day we left. The Wi-Fi and power went out several times during our stay.

The Filipino staff were friendly and approachable.

1)Poor management on the front desk. We checked the smoking room option on Booking.com while booking this place but they only informed us that all rooms were non-smoking when we were already checking out. They wanted us to pay Php 10,000.00 penalty charge for smoking inside the suite. We argued not to pay since it was a lapse of the management for their poor training on their receptionists on orienting the guests ahead about their house rules while checking in. Had we known that smoking wasn't allowed, we would gladly follow the rule. I suggest that they should include a quick house rule orientation in their check-in process. They should've also coordinated with booking.com that they could not accommodate our request for a smoking room because, during our entire stay, we thought we were allowed to smoke inside since we were not informed, were not called out, and didn't receive any email regarding this. 2) We booked a good for 4 suite. At the last minute, our friend decided to join us so were 5. They overlooked this on the first day even though we entered the resort as 5 pax and when they knew we were a group of 5, they didn't initiate providing our friend an additional bed for him to sleep on but they still charged him the full amount for the excess person per length of our stay. Again, a lapse on their end but no compensation was given. Sad.

"Expensive hotel without basic hotel provision"

The pool is brilliant. Everything is amazingly clean. Staff smile a lot.

No information in the rooms; just a price list of what they would charge you if you stole or damaged anything from coat hangers (cheapest) to the aircon unit. Staff incompetent; my massage appointment never happened and they made the wrong breakfast for me on the second day. Grim location, with no restaurant or bar on site.
