The rooms are nice. They are spacious and comfortable

The wifi is so slow. Even using data in that location has horrible signal. Also they did not refill the shampoo, showel gel and conditioner. Some of it were empty. . They should refill it every after guest

The staff are friendly and respectful

they charge everything. they are not very considerate of the guests. they dont allow visitors what if youre only there for a short visit but youre family cant come even for a short stay because they charge per person. We asked for our food to be heated up because there were no microwave and they charge 100 to heat it up. Very strict. not family friendly. I do not recommend this resort to families with children. Poor value for money.

The hotel has a very nice pool but unfortunately this is the only positive point of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel as it is definitely too overpriced for the quality of the room that is not sufficient.

We stayed three nights at the hotel and did not have hot water. They tried several times to repair it but at the end they just told us they could do anything as only rooms on the ground floor can have hot water. It should be specified to customers before they book their room, especially for the price of the night!!! Also, WiFi was not working at all from the room and only working at the pool. In the room, air conditioning is very strong and just above the bed so it blow on your head during the night, and the remote do not work so it’s very difficult to turn it down. Too bad also that the staff can barely speak English as we had a lot of trouble communicating with them and they usually just answered « no » to our inquiries when they didn’t understood the question. I do not recommend this hotel as it is really overpriced considering the low standard of the room and services. Also the location is quite far from the center of the town so you need to pay for transportation every time you want to go out.

The place was quite nice and both the staff at the reception and the manager were extremely kind. The room was big and comfortable, and looked quite luxurious. We also really enjoyed using the swimming pool right outside our villa. There was a big bed, a seating area and a mini fridge with bar area. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower. On both mornings, we didn't have time to go for breakfast (as we had to get up early), but the lady at the reception made sure we had some freshly made sandwiches and some water to go.

Even though the room looked luxurious, there were a lot of functional problems with the room. The folding doors to the bathroom were quite tricky to manage, and the water for the bathtub never got warm (which made the bathtub useless). The first time we wanted to take a shower, we noticed that the water for the shower also wouldn't heat up, so we had to tell the reception. It seemed as if they had to somehow "turn on" hot water for our villa. The design of the bathroom is also very impractical. There are pebbles all around the shower, which looks good, but the water doesn't go through, so you just end up with small puddles of water around your shower. We requested to see a villa upon arrival, and they showed us one with an open bathroom, which is a ridiculous idea in the Philippines, as you'd have issues with mosquitos the entire time. (Luckily our villa's bathroom was closed off) Another bad experience was that when we came back after our room was supposedly cleaned, we smelled poo. Apparently one of the staff had stepped in dog poo or something and didn't notice this... We had to ask them to clean our room again. The reception was very kind and apologetic about this though. And lastly, we had a villa right next to the owner's house. The owner has a dog, and that dog just barked through our entire first night. I think this was the experience that really put us off, because if there's anything you want from a hotel/resort, it's a good night's sleep.

No kettle, No coffee or tea in the room.. just any other hotel, but very expensive.. the heater itself takes time to wait…
