The room service was amazing. The view from the room was great and location wise it was very close to the city center. The room was clean, cozy and beautiful. Included breakfasts were amazing. Highly recommend this place

There was a 1200 rupees fine for washing clothes in the washroom and the laundry facility was a bit too expensive.

Location. Except the location everything was pathetic.

The room was so small. Washroom was highly unhygienic and dirty. Its different from the pics they have shown in the booking app. From the bedsheets, pillows to comforter, everything was smelly and moist. Telephones were not working. Internet was not working. When we requested for the basic customisation of paranthas, from potato to onion, we were denied and told that they cannot do the change even if we pay extra money because that is their set of recipe. The owner even denied to serve the masala omelette and said that we should not expect such favours since its a village. It was the most weird reply. The springs of the bed mattresses were broken and we were able to feel them pinching us through the mattress. The furniture was broken, cheap, old, rusty and dusty. Plastic chairs were broken. I wont book any more properties through you, because u support such a horrible property. Horrible experience!

I stayed in this hotel in June 2023 on a leisure trip. I had read very good reviews. When I reached the hotel, i found it in extremely bad condition. The rooms were dirty, smelling bad and had stains all over the floor and walls. There were stains and hair on the bed linen. The quilt smelled musty. Actually I checked out the very next day. The manager seemed nice and got the linen changed but still I would never ever recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Thanks to the hotel manager. He provided us with the best room that faced the mountains. The stay was enjoyable. I prefer having food from the hotel itself as the food is simple and not rich. After traveling so much all you need is simple food with less masala but still having a good taste.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The only thing is there is no medical shops nearby. So in case you are having a headache or any kind of medical issues and you hope you will get it nearby market. I suggest you to get your own medikit.

No view in the room inspite of booking it 45 days prior. The room has issues with the door locks. No lift. Overall didn't feel that the rooms were worth the money i paid.
