everything was great, the location is convenient, facilities were great - everything what one might need and tastefully decorated, the view from the balconies are spectacular, hot water, helpful and smiley staff, very glad I stayed there.

Breakfast and Dinner were included and the food was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable with a good view and Manager was very cordial as well as stuffs.

1) Location is Middle Pelling not Upper Pelling. 2) Whatever Good Location 3) Very Good View of Kanchenjunga from room 4) Staff is cooperative and well Behaved 5) Maintained proper Cleanness. 6) Bed is good enough for 2+1 accommodation. 7) Room interior is also Good. 8) Room Size, Toilet Size and balcony all are the excellent.

1) In hotel Food Teste is not so well. Its ok. 2) Half board is included with room Tariff. The property Manager is not giving you any opportunity to choose food as per your choice. Whatever they are decided, you have to take it. 3) Quantity is not sufficient. If you ask anything extra food, then they are literally start thinking, its provides to you after lots of discussing, which seems to be awkward. 4) 24 hrs hot water should be there but At night You have to feel that, Geyser is not working. Very Awkward. When you have to stay with kids.
