Position in Roscoff pretty

It is looking a little tired in the decoration ,unlike any other Relais and Chateaux property we have stayed in . Plus we have never stayed in a hotel who both at lunch and dinner had no functioning restaurant, not even bar food . If that was the case you would have thought at least when booking the hotel would have said .it was our whole point of staying there to eat in the restaurant.very disappointing!
