Beds not comfortable Staff came over asked if wanted desert and did not return till kitchen has closed. So could not then order

Very creaky floorboards upstairs so you wake when they do (7:15 Sunday am) Bad service on evening food / wait for our meal . It was Duxford weekend and they were not sufficiently staffed to accommodate the guests that wanted feeding , staff did their best but a lot of unhappy diners which spoilt the evening

No pressure in shower, wifi poor and had to ask for room supplies to be replenished.
GBI would have to say that the staff, their friendliness and general behaviour is the best i have received in a very long term and i travel as part of my job, so i know what good service looks like.
Low pressure in the shower. I can handle most things if they are off, but this would be my only complaint about my stay.
