Mostly personal preference but the mattress was a bit hard for me and I would have liked a bit coffee and milk in the room.
GBGBWhen you arrive the actual building & grounds are very good, the courtyard with the rooms going round is lovely.
We booked a deluxe double room, we got a very small room, no wardrobe only a shelf bracket with 4 hangers, there was a very wobbly unit for the tea tray etc with a thin drawer which I had to clean before any clothes could be put in it. No mirror in the bathroom, so husband couldn’t have a shave.

The only thing that could have been a bit bigger was the bath room.
GBLoved the communal area in the courtyard, which was great for meeting up with other family members who had also booked rooms. The full English breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and a fan was also provided, which was a nice touch. A large parking area.
Nothing, we had everything we needed. Hanging space is limited if you are staying longer than a couple of days and require several changes of clothing. It would have been nice to see the fountain working but that didn't affect our stay.
