The location is at the center of Salento so you can walk to nearby viewpoints easily. The staffs are also very helpful.

The room is a little bit small for two persons. The bar in the opposite side open till 1 am. If you enjoy music you will be fine. If you want to get a good sleep then it’s not the right place.

The property is centrally located, a beautiful building also from inside. They have got 24/7 someone, but Salento is anyway the safest place in Colombia ;) Marilu and her husband, incl. their staff, all honest, hard working people who wants you to have your best experience. It’s so neat and tidy everywhere you look. And the breakfast is done and served with all their heart.

The hotel is in front of a club that is opened six days a week and plays loud music u til 2am at least. It is not the fault of the hotel to be right in front of it

The breakfast should have more variety like fruit salad. More vegetarian options.

The location is perfect! It’s located right in the heart of town! The staff is super friendly!

There’s a loud pub right in front of the balcony rooms so it might be a bit noisy at night.

The hotel is located in one of the main streets in Salento. You can see people and the city from room balcony. Staff are really friendly and polite.

Very noise area, the room needs maintenance and the beg was not comfortable at all.

There is a disco/club just outside the rooms. Literally. Also, the windows do not close properly and are in no way soundproof. Also, tiny room.
