Hotel Camino Nacional Salento

The hotel staff is extremely lovely. They make this little hotel feel like home. Breakfast was perfect. They even accommodated for me with a vegan breakfast. Edgar even made sure we got a fresh tinto when we arrived . We arrived after the big cocora hike and were drenched. They washed our laundry right away and brought it warm and folded to our room. Very loud noise all night long. And it’s not only the street sounds, it’s also the TV that is on all night long in the main area that you can here in the rooms very clearly. Impossible to sleep with that noise. Very tiny room, no window

Perfect location, quaint decor, small rooms, but kept spotlessly clean, good breakfast, and attentive staff.

The first room we put in had a balcony facing the street. Directly across the street was a restaurant bar which played extremely loud music until 1:45am, and this was on a Tuesday night! We slept poorly that first night. The next day we asked to be moved to another quieter room which was not facing the street. The hotel owner Edgar acceded to our ask and moved us to a larger family room which was much quieter, so we got a good nights sleep the second night.

Hotel staff were always very friendly highly educated and knowledgeable I recommend this hotel very highly.

The location is very central which is great - however it's located right in front of the main club in town which is extremely noisy...

The breakfast is not up to standard. No juice, no fruits, disgusting coffee while being in the coffee region.... Couldn't sleep at night due to street noise. The rooms are extremely small. No communal area for breakfast, I came with my family and would have love to share breakfast with them...
