Great- centrál location

We got terrible room with no external window, which was not clear during booking process. For a room with a street view window they asked 100 000 COP per night. No fridge at the room, no dinning area, they brought breakfast to the room, where actually was very little space to eat. On top the of it the chair was broken. The breakfast was everyday same and tasteless

Its extremely loud and very hard to sleep as there is a bar on the opposite that plays music very loud and late in the night. generally not a quite place unfortunately otherwise it would be perfect. They have some noice blocking windows but the do not work. The laundry service is quite expensive and my clothes are not smelling like freshly washed clothes should.

The hotel is located on the main shopping street in Salento. The rooms are tidy and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, familiar atmosphere.

One bar is located exactly under the rooms, in addition, there is a pub/club across the street 10meters from the windows of the rooms. Therefore, the rooms are extremely noisy. Feels like sleeping on the dancefloor because music is blasting every day until 2AM at least. Breakfast is the same everyday.

Location is on the Main Street , fantastic. The staff are lovely !

The location ! It’s right opposite what appears to be the only bar in town that keeps going (with the music !!!) long after other places have closed … ! Every . Night . My room had double glazing . It didn’t work .

Very close to the center, and the staff were incredibly kind! We knew it could be loud outside due to previous reviews, so we brought ear plugs with us that were life savers. Breakfast is the same every morning but very nice, it is brought to your room at the time you decide (they’ll ask you usually the night before what time is best for you). The rooms are small but very comfortable, and the staff make the rooms super clean while you are out. Think of the room not exactly as a common hotel room, but as a common household bedroom with a private bathroom.

Perfect location, the staff is very kind and friendly. We had a perfect stay.

Perfect location in the heart of the towns shopping area. Excellent staff, and a good breakfast delivered to your room. Great little balconies.

The hotel is on the first floor and there is no lift so not suitable for the less mobile. Can be noisy at night due to the bars etc nearby.
