The negligence of staff

They charged 500 rupees for 1 hour late which they didn't inform the timings. In booking.com it says 12 o clock checkout. They are telling it 11 o clock. And extra I have to pay 500 rupees. And the food was not that good. They have only few option and we can't order from outside..

Not at all there were no fans, no towels and buckets were unavailable in the bathroom

First of all they asked to pay half payment then after we reach the hotel it says to pay rest of the money. But one day prior to that an individual calls and asked to pay the remaining balance to confirm the final availability of the room. I paid the remaining amount as what ever info he told was correct. But after payment he says the payment got stuck in the gateway. I loss my money and didnt get the refund. And when reached the hotel again I have to pay at property.

Easy check-in out process, reception staff were very gentle and friendly, rooms were very clean and maintened. Would recommend this hotel.
