"It was nightmare experience"

Non professionalism

I had made advance payment and I received mail of confirmed booking.But after reaching the hotel at about 09PM in the night, the staff at reception says that hotel is full. He further said that the mail was sent to OYO for cancellation of booking. I was with my family including a child. It was a nightmare for me and my family.

"A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Comfortable Accommodation"

Hotel is ok staff is also good behaviour but his restaurant is some miss operation of bill little bit adding in his bill

The tap was broken. No dirty paper and handwash. Service is slow.

Booking.com shows us 2000 price but when we reached hotel they tell us that booking is done for 3300. They didn't accept booking from booking.com
