The staff was good. Owner too is very helpful & Property is very neat & clean. Food too was good. The photos uploaded did match to what the rooms were actually.

They are trying to provide a decent accommodation in a small town like Shegaon where there arent good accommodations.

but severely lack maintainence of the facilities and fall short on a lot of aspects like cleanliness, professionalism, doors are jammed, no partitions between shower area and restroom. so water is all over the floor and wet. hot water system is maginal
