La qualité du staff, une très belle structure hôtelière idéale pour la vie en couple et surtout pour la famille. Il y a une animation de très belle qualité de 10h à 23h, très bien pour occuper les adultes comme tous les enfants. Avec une mention Très apprécié sur l'animation en français.

Malheureusement rien de négatif.

Les installations aquatique. Le self plutôt varié. Personnel de l'hôtel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Animateurs très dynamique et sympathique avec une belle énergie communicative.

"NE MÉRITE PAS UN 5 ÉTOILES"

Les animateurs français et les activités proposés. Le personnel du restaurant et des bars, très sympathique.

L’état de la chambre , beaucoup de moisissures dans la chambre qui mal agencée. La climatisation en face des lits superposés et pas la chambre adulte. Aucune proposition d’excursion et lorsque j’ai demandé un massage, on m’a remis un QR code qui ne fonctionnait pas. 2 armoires dans la chambre sans aucune étagère. Aucune insonorisation, on entend les voisins de toute part, très difficile à trouver le sommeil lorsqu’ils font la fête jusqu’à 1h du matin et utilisent la piscine commune alors qu’il est interdite après 18h. Le wifi dans la chambre est inexistant. Nous étions pourtant placés dans une chambre avec piscine commune juste à côté de la réception. La clientèle polonaise et russes, aucune éducation, ne respectent personne. Énormément de tension avec la clientèle française qui étaient au top. Les clients qui se permettent de réserver des transats à 8h et qu’on voit pas de la journée à la piscine.

Все отлично! Разнообразие еды, приветливый персонал, анимация на французском языке, соблюдены лучшие семейные традиции - все для отдыха семьи! Готовность помочь во всем. Рядом есть аренда автомобилей, ключи можно оставить по возвращении транспорта на ресепшен

Не понравился каменистый вход в море, просто убиться можно, особенно на выходе, когда волна подбадривает. Не понравился очень опасный и скользкий проход вокруг бассейнов, там просто необходимо проложить везде антискользящие коврики.
