Die Bar am Meer war super. Die Bedienung dort war die beste Angestellte vom ganzen Hotel. Dieser Bereich war auch immer sauber geputzt und aufgeräumt.

Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer Klimaanalage defekt WC defekt Freundlichkeit vom Personal (ausser Bar am Meer) Unteres Restaurant hat 15 Minuten vorher Schluss, als angegeben. (Aufräumungsarbeiten fanden während dem Essen statt.) Poseidon Barangestellte hatte keine Vertretung, somit war die Bar während der Pause nicht bedient.

Dreckig dreckig einfach alles dreckig . Dreckige Zimmer die Putzfrauen machen die Betten und fertig was putzen heißt wissen die leider nicht . Die Zimmer stinken nach Feuchtigkeit. Dreckiges Geschirr Besteck Gläser überall man verdurstet und verhungert im Urlaub . Erster Urlaub in dem wir Gewicht verloren haben . Das Essen ist immer das selbe rohe Kartoffel harter Reis Pommes die voller fett sind . Sehr wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier. Alles muss man selbst machen 5 Sterne aber kein Service . Für uns waren es nicht mal 1 Stern . Langweilige Lage es gibs nichts in der Nähe . Der Strand ist voller Steine . Animation und Unterhaltung nur auf französisch

The shower in the bathroom wasn’t very good or powerful. The bathroom could be improved overall

Χρειάζεται περισσότερη ποικιλία στο μπουφέ.

Personeel

De hele accommodatie is zeker geen 5* , Op Zweedse site is deze hotel 3* beoordeelt. Ik ben zo teleurgesteld in boocking.com Dat deze hotel op 5* aangegeven is. Hotel is oud , vies, mieren in badkamer, schimmel over al in badkamer, de kamer stinken als je niet vraagt woordkeus kamer niet schoon gemaakt. Eten daar kan ik een boek over schrijven, we hebben alleen maar buiten het hotel gegeten. Boek deze hotel niet als je plezier wilt hebben.

The food was excellent considering for an all-inclusive hotel! From experience with such arrangements we expected less, but the overall quality, variety and availability was excellent! We always found something interesting to eat even for people with special requirements (no pork etc.) The facilities of the hotel with the water park are excellent.

The maintenance of the room during our stay was not always good and should be improved - it's nice to come to a clean room, bath and balcony after having been out all day. A real gym is a bit missing, would a nice addition to make it perfect.

Spend 1 week with my 2 grandchildren (11 + 14), and we had a really great stay. Our room was nice with everything we could need on a All Inclusive stay. Great view over the sea. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was perfect for us - and that also goes for the snack bar at the waterpark area. Really nice and gentle staff all over. We also had a lot of fun with all the activities by the great animation team from Club Lookéa. They also had very funny and professional shows in the evening. A special thanks to Malou, Mattheu and Ola - you all did a great job. You get a lot of clap-clap-clap-clap from all of us :-)
