Rethymno Mare Royal & Water Park

The hotel’s location is ideal—close to Rethymno but away from the noise. We rented a car and explored the island easily. Coming back each evening to the calm atmosphere was exactly what we needed.

On arrival, we were welcomed with drinks and a refreshing towel. That small gesture immediately made us feel valued. It set the tone for the rest of the holiday—warm and personal.

The room exceeded expectations. Freshly cleaned each day, comfortable bedding, and a balcony with sea views. It was the perfect space to come back to after long days of fun.

This hotel strikes a perfect balance between cost and comfort. The amenities were reliable, the location was convenient, and everything felt well-organized. Great value for money overall.

Cleanliness was a big plus. From the lobby to the rooms and pool area, everything was spotless. It gave us confidence and made us feel safe, especially when traveling with children.

Same food every day

Rooms were not clean, food not nice,same food every day,floor tiles very slippery around the pool., all activities were explained in French, even the guide at the Hotel said that French people have priorities on Booking trips. Not going back.

The sea front location. Front desk manager Mr Michaelis was the positive influence on our stay.

Bad access for strollers and reduced mobility. Even the elevators were very small. Time and location very limited for drinks and food.
