Bonita posicion en frente al lago,habitaciones espaciosas!!

A mejorar las habitaciones no son muy praticas falta una nevera la cortina de la ducha es de tela plastica, entra mucha luz por la ventanas. Se molestan mucho en cuidar la parte bar y restaurante pero desafurtanadamente no consigue cumplir con sus proprias pretenciones cocina ma esejutada ni francia mi españa ni italia se encuentran en sus platos falta mas formacion si quieren cumplir con sus proprias aspectativas El servicio un desastre distraydos en sus cosas,poco preparados como suele pasar en este pais capacidad para recojer la mesa donde si se aplican y poco mas, sinceramente pienso que la proprina obligatoria estilo yanki no ayuda nada a que el servicio sea mejor porque genera comodita y el cliente lo paga. Calidad precio baja!!

Wonderful view, delicious fresh food and very friendly staff. Very close to the dock.

The room was not well isolated. I was next to the street and all the noises passed through (dogs, people…)… Check-out is early but I was able to leave a but later.

The food was great, the drinks were some of the best drinks in town, the pool and the view was phenomenal, the bed was extremely comfortable so were the pillows. The attention the staff provided us was very good and very much appreciated. We had a few issues and they went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us feel welcomed and make sure we had an unforgettable stay, which I highly appreciate.

We stayed in the suite which was the most expensive one, and unfortunately, which is not their fault, but there is a huge tree, blocking the view of the volcano, which I was upset about as I was hoping to have a decent view for the price that I was paying. Aside from that, this is the best hotel in Saint Marcos, location, food, drinks, and everything else I just feel as they should cut down some more trees to be able to have more of a phenomenal view of the volcanoes.

Location and views were awe inspiring. Food was mouthwateringly fresh and delicious, especially the tortillas and smoothies. Staff were very kind and helpful. Spa and sauna were so relaxing.

The chair in my room was nice but not too comfortable for lounging.

El domo estaba a la par del café y la actividad constante no lo hizo un lugar relajado.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The views were amazing. The restaurant and spa were very enjoyable as well.

The location was a bit difficult to get to, but the staff does their best to help you navigate. We also had a problem with spiders, ants, and scorpions in our room as well.

Beautiful dome. Very comfortable. Amazing view of the property and the lake. Food on the property was delicious.

The pool could use an update. It wasn’t very inviting to swim in.
