Great location, food delicious, staff super kind and the views were awesome

Spa was not 100% functional and sometimes food would take too much time to arive

The hotel itself is gorgeous.The landscape is always being maintained and it’s just beautiful to the eye.The views of the mountains and the lake here leave you in awe!The service is excellent with speed.Food and drinks are available here.The dock where you get on and off the lanchitas are less than 5 minutes away walking.The dome tent was our choice of stay because it was something different and cool.The dome had amble of space with an outdoor adjacent bathroom.The room had fresh towels and nice robes to sit outside,enjoy a fresh pressed coffee with a view.I would only state a few things that went wrong but was taken care of immediately by the manager in house.We reserved through hotel.com but when we arrived the amount that was charged was different.They stated that they were new on hotels.com and the balances were not showing correctly.So that was an unexpected hickup upon paying at arrival.The other thing that of the four some, coincidently ours was the only one without an outdoor swing.That was disappointing because all the other domes had the set of table and chair plus the swing.The hotel is next to a couple of restaurant and bars.At night, it can get loud and difficult to fall asleep with the music playing until 3 am.Lastly, it is the tropics but it was not the wet season to see certain creatures lingering the area.A scorpion arrived late in the night in our room.It was hard to sleep thinking what could linger around. Staff was quick to grab the scorpion.

Everything was great. It was a wonderful hotel. The only small issue I had there was a lot of landscaping and pool work being done right outside of my dome room, which was a very private area, but there was workers outside the dome a lot otherwise it was great.

I like the bed quality. It was really confortable and clean.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The staff, rooms, and dining were amazing. The pool and jacuzzi can use some TLC and refurbishing, but that’s about the only issue I saw. Great boutique hotel!

Excelente y relajante. En la noche un poco ruidoso el ambiente de los alrededores pero la estadía muy buena. La comida exquisita y las bebidas deliciosas. Muy buena atención
