Very accomodating, kind and friendly hosts. Breakfast and dinner was always plentiful and delicious. Crashing waves and ocean sounds acting like a soothing lullaby to bed. Beautiful pool but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use it!

There is construction work happening at the front of the hotel so can be annoying when trying to sleep in as they start work around 7am.

The hosts are very good and friendly. They have two different buildings. The view from room is good. Overall good option for quiet and peaceful location.

Lovely room and friendly staff. We had beautiful sea views. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed for dinner one evening and enjoyed a fantastic meal of perfectly spiced fish baked in a banana leaf, served with chips and salad.

The swimming pool and surrounding area needed some attention. The pool would have benefited from a clean and sunbeds were old.

It was a lovely hotel. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. We had dinner in house. The owner grilled a red snapper with chips and salad. It was excellent.

The room was a great size and quiet at the end of the corridor. The AC and fan worked well and the bathroom was great. The food cooked by the chef owner was superb, especially the fish. We were made to feel very welcome. There are terrific views to the sea all around. The pool was great - clean and warm. The sea was a bit too strong for us for swimming at the time we were there.

Had to leave!

Really nice stay. Super lovely hosts. Walking distance to the beach. And the most amazing Sri Lankan curry for dinner - everything is freshly made.

The view is breathtaking, the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are simple but clean. The breakfast is tasty and special. The price was more the fair.

If you are a person who has difficulties claiming stairs or walking up steep slopes it might not be your first choice.

Beautiful view from the room. Nice pool. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good food. Regarding comments from some of the previous reviews mentioning difficulty of beach access, I think the steps must have been reconstructed since those comments because I’m in my mid-70s and the steps to the wonderful beach posed no problem whatsoever.

Air conditioning unit dripping water onto the bed. One of the beach towels provided in the room was dirty. Shower pressure really low with non-functioning ‘boost’ button.
