Hotel Casa Dulce Maria

Staff was very friendly and respectful, room was big and it had a huge bathroom.

The only negative was the parking, it was a block and a half away. In a very secure place which was nice .

Great location, just a couple of blocks from the town square. Very basic room.

Shower had low water pressure. Parking was offsite at another premises a block away.

No breakfast taken at the hotel!

Hotel is located too close to a disco bar and it was way too noisy to sleep, on top of that building demolition was in progress after midnight next to the hotel and can’t get a sleep at all! The two nights I stayed there were like a nightmare!

Bath tub was clogged. Was showering in a small lagoon inside the tube

Location of hotel is close to main Plaza.

Restroom is too small and hard to get in and out off due to door being so close to sink. Check out experience was horrible. Staff member Bianet was not pleasant but rude and had us waiting with no explanation of what the delay was for going to open the door of parking structure where our car was parked. When we asked the delay she just answered "I'm on my way to open the door" but still had us waited around 10 more minutes.

The decorations were really nice.

Staff was loud early in the morning. Woke me and my granddaughter up The WiFi was horrible. I had work to do and I was not able to complete it. The WiFi is one of the reasons I chose this hotel to stay. Do not promote it if you are not going to meet the need.
