Le repas du soir servi dans une belle salle,serveuse agréable et à l'ecoute

L'accueil inexistant, le système boîte à clefs est bien mais ous n'avions pas les éléments code et personne n'était en mesure de nous aider.. heureusement un client parlant Français nous à expliqué le fonctionnement de la plate forme booking.. après 1h de manipulation en traduction nous avons reçu les codes et après c'était un jeu d'enfant.. cela dit cet hôtel mériterait d'être audite car les tâches sur la moquette, le cendrier non vidé sur la terrasse, on sens que le personnel fait le minimum.. concernant la propreté couette draps oreillers et serviettes c'était bien..nous reviendrons probablement en espérant que ces petites remarques vous apporteent des actions correctives

Very quiet & Close to town centre.

I wish I'd read the reviews before booking because the pictures on booking must be very old. The place has obviously not had any decent maintenance in quite some time. The bedding & towels were stained the towels smelt musty, the kitchen light didn't work, food packaging left on the balcony. The balcony door doesn't lock ( ground floor) I could go on but it's pointless as previous reviews have not encouraged the owner to up there game. Overall the place feels grubby, uninviting & definitely not worth the price they're charging.

The entrance furniture

Room was not clean and made up. It had the last people's sheets and towels and rubbish. No staff on site. Called the number and was given a code for the lockbox of another room. The lockbox was empty - no key. Called the number again (all calls on high rates from overseas sim card) they said make a new booking on booking.com. No more availability on booking.com so had to move somewhere else. No refund received yet and its been a few days.
