It is very clean and rooms are well maintained. The service staff are friendly and responsive to your requests. It is located close to a very good restaurant where you can get your meals.

The shower area can be improved - the whole bathroom floor gets wets after showering.

"Comfortable stay"

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We needed a fast laundry service and the hotel was able to accommodate our request. Also we were able to check in earlier than the hotel given time. We really appreciated this because we were coming from an exhausting night boat trip with no sleep. The breakfast was simple but satisfied both sweet and savoury tastes. Across the street from the hotel you can find a very nice restaurant with Bintang (you need to ask for it as it is not shown on the menu)

Our room was near a common area used by other hotel guests to play cards or have a chat. People played card till late at night and were a bit noisy.
