The location and the staff where absolutely great

The bed mattress and the pillows. And the fact that that soundproofing wasn't that good and you could hear the people above our room during late hours at night

This venue is amazing, stunning views, and it feels like you're abroad. Most Beautiful Wedding Ceremony. Fantastic modern function room. Staff were all so amazing ,everyone was so friendly, and the maintenance guy was really helpful, caring, and welcoming. The waiting staff, bar staff, and reception teams were all superb. All proffesional, caring, and very attentive! Thank you, Livermead Cliff Hotel. We had the best day and night at the Henderson Wedding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Room was lovely. Large and very spacious, with the lovely terrace outside and gorgeous view. Excellent restaurant - I have an allergy but the restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure i was looked after Staff were very friendly and helpful

All was up to expectation. Would have been nice not to have to order drinks from the bar but have waiter service at tables.

"Cliff side hotel"

Location. The style off the hotel. Amazing right on sea front. Roomy inside. Some staff really helpful. Driven past loads off times and seen from the sea and wanted to stay here. This is a wedding venue as well.... good floodlights for extra lighting

Dirty windows inside and out. Guests tapping on the window while in beer garden. Should be a small roped off area for ground floor windows. Breakfast was okish. Been sat there in heat bowls for a while, some staff rude at breakfast serving. The 12 quid to park on site per day using this app but free if book direct to hotel. The fixtures and fittings are very old and worn. The beach is shut off as the cliffs falling back into sea. Did not feel 128 quid for 1 night was fair price. The room door had massive gap to floor soo could see and hear all squeeks from other room movements. The Tv was small for the size room was like watching a portable tv

The hotel is situated on the water’s edge, with direct acces to the beach. The room has spacious and offered a stunning sea view . The staff was lovely and very professional. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

"Good value but got caught with extra unplanned charges."

Great location for what we wanted. Most staff were friendly.

Booked for the dog to stay with us but ended up having to pay another £15 when we got there. Also if you don’t book through the hotel direct you then got stuffed for another £12 for parking even though I put in my filters to include free parking.
