It was cozy and clean. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Checked in on us and made sure we were okay. We went there for our anniversary, and they helped make our room special and romantic. Its beautiful, everything you need, good food and amazing staff. Would definitely go back

The colours of their decor are lovely.

The misrepresentation and how run down and mismanaged the place was. It was untidy at reception and staff were fumbling around. The upgraded us before we arrived to a room that looked like a poor student hostel. We asked to see the room we had booked, but it wasn't ready. But when we got there, it was nothing like the photos. Curtains were hanging off the rails, paint on walls chipped. Parking says, park at your own risk. There's no security. Garden is a mess. It's NOTHING like the photos or website depicts. It's very dated, neglected, unmaintained, and quite grotty. We insisted on a refund and left.

The breakfast was good, well prepared and served. The sitting areas outside was really nice and comfortable.

The plumbing in the bathroom is not good. Also flying insects, although it was pointed out to us and doom was available. The door did not close properly unless it was locked.

The location was good, perfect for people who wanted privacy and serenity.

Staff not properly trained, they could barely take orders for meals. No supervision or assistance to them. One of the bedrooms had no towels, after repeatedly asking, the towels only arrived the next morning.
