THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We booked a standard room for 8 August 2025. From arrival it was already bad. The regular-room hotel side is basically one small row of rooms (cheap motel style), so you’ll likely have people on both sides. There is zero sound insulation – we could clearly hear normal conversations from the next room. The room itself looked nothing like the photos. Online it looks bright and decent. In reality it was much smaller, old, dark, and badly cleaned. Everything felt worn out. The shower is literally in the same room without a door, so you have zero privacy. The toilet room is so tiny you have to stand over the toilet bowl just to close the door. On top of that, it smelled terrible and the smell spread into the room. We immediately said we’re not staying and spoke to the manager, Kaiser. We walked him through the room and showed him all of this. He admitted there were problems and agreed we could leave the same night, and that they would refund 90%. He also specifically asked us not to leave a bad review (which, honestly, seems to be the only thing they care about so they can keep luring people with nice photos). He asked for our local bank details, added us on WhatsApp, and promised the refund in “7 days maximum,” saying he would personally handle it. After a week there was no refund. Then Kaiser told us to open a refund request through Booking.com, saying they “just need to approve it.” We did that. After that point he simply stopped answering completely – no replies on WhatsApp, no calls picked up. Not after 2 weeks, not after 2 months. Eventually, we never stayed at the hotel we paid for, and we never got the refund that was promised. I strongly recommend staying away from this place. They’re good at taking photos and getting your money, and that’s it. Avoid at all costs.
