View, the staff and the rooms cleanliness.

The water pressure is too slow, No hot water, heater is not functioning. The aircond is not functioning during the day which is hot but when we advise the staff, they immediately fix the issue. There is no iron, atleast hotel should provide 1 dedicated area for the guest to use iron and board if not possible to provide in each room. There is no wifi connection at all.. I have to sent email and do some office work and reason for me to chose this hotel is due to they advertuse rooms with wifi however turn out no wifi connection.. No hair dryer as well. But we can manage life without hair dryer..

The Receptionist, Mesli was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times.

The walk to the room was torturing, not recommended for elderly, knee injuries as the stairs are very stiff, no lift

Ein superschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf dem See. Herrlich zum entspannen. Die Matratze war auch sehr gut.

Es gab nur eine Steckdose zum aufladen. Die Möbel waren in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Und es war doch weiter weg vom Ort Tuk tuk.

Het uitzicht op Toba lake. we hadden kamer deluxe geboekt. Het bedje lag heerlijk en het personeel is super vriendelijk!

-Het licht van de kamer is heel vel, niet gezellig. -Als je beide wil douchen moet je op de tijd letten, anders heeft de ander een koude douche. -De kamers en gang zijn een soort klankkast en je hoort alles wat je buren doen of zeggen. -Er waren maar 6 strandbedjes. waarvan er 1 stuk was en ook niet heel comfortabel lag. prijs en kwaliteit waren niet in verhouding.
