"Well for 17k for 3 nights, it's not worth a dime."

The room lacked basic window facilities Huge windows were placed in the toilet/ bathroom which was very awkward for guests taking shower, since there were a lot of residencies facing the shower. The room has practically no ventilation just two extremely small sized windows with little or no sunlight

Rooms should be with windows, not bathrooms.

Our stay was Good,Breakfast spread were nice,Variety of Indian breakfast options were there.room was comfortable.Room was specious ,clean.Staff was cooperative.

"Good but not the best for the price"

Nicely restored property. The colourful interior gives you good vibes. The location is ok not the best.

There is some foul smell to the water from the taps. The property is well restored but it is still an old building underneath so there is some smell which doesn't feel fresh. AC was so small for the huge room size, cooling/heating was not effective. The location is not close to the actual Lake Pichola, it is far from it. Not on walkable distance from the old city.

Nothing, The worst hotel I ever visited.

Everything 1. Staff’s behaviour is not good at all, they are very rude. 2. I had booked Heritage King Room but space in the room was too small in comparison to what was stated in description. 3. Food quality was worst and even there were very less options in breakfast menu that too is not available when we went for the breakfast. 4. Washrooms are smelly and unhygienic
