The staff are courteous and helpful!

Breakfast was so-so! You should tell your customers in advance that you are a Veg only hotel. The restaurant is very poor in terms of choice of food. I booked the highest category room called the ROYAL SUITE. There was nothing royal about the room. Did not resemble the photos on the website.

Stylishly decorated with period features. The property has a great art collection prominently featured for all to enjoy. Lounge area clean and comfortable so that guests can relax.

I didn’t think the view was particularly impressive with the Lake Pichola dry and dirty. But, not the hotels fault.
