Nothing, misbehaving, arrogant manager, don't know how to deal with family customers, one of staff was so mannersless asking me that whether I want condoms, females and many more worst things. On name of facilities they even didn't provided water bottle, in the end I called staff, paid him to bring water from outside hotel, for which also staff charged me extra, just for a bottle of water, TV wasn't working, windows of room broken, sofa was so dirty, room was so noisy because of broken windows, no glasses to drink water, what should I say about cleaning and hygiene, it was at it's worst, even slum area's are more hygienic than that bed, girl's hair, sperm marks, yukkkkkkkk so ugly.

Nothing, everything was at it's worst condition, staff provided me room at 11.45 pm in night, was so dirty, bed was so unhygienic, very bad condition, stain marks of others on the bad, other women hairs were on bed, washroom was so dirty, staff using it for spitting panmasala in front of me. Manager took 1200 extra amount from me, for which I have proof of payment through UPI.
