"Pathetic stay.. plzz do not go this property"

The size of room is good and ac but apart from this there nothing good in this property..

First property name is imperial hotel not super collection. Second they dnt have lift so i have to go on third floor. Property didn’t privide towel shampoo and i was added free breakfast and they felt like they giving me free… even i had to pay for chai 40Rs.. hotel is beside old bus stand and early morning sound like hell. Wahroom was pathetic and sticky and dirty.
