Service staff is good

I have booked the suit room but the all suit room they have vacant that is not maintained like water is not comming and another one have the AC is not being adjustable temp Issue. So ,after booking a suit room I have to stay in lower room. That's the worst part someone have.

Earler your service was very good (Booking.com) but since OYO becomes your partner, your service is very bad. Room service is very bad. Knob of shower was broken. commode shower was also broken. I'll never go for Hotel booking with Booking.com in future.
