We arrived and was greeted by a lovely man, got us sorted for our room quickly, however when we went up to the room the Air con wasn't working, the sheets had stains on them and the bathroom as filled with mosquitos that we could only assume we're from the broken vent. We decided not to stay and checked out. As we were waiting for our taxi the receptionist kept taking photos of us and shoving his phone in my face to say hello to random people which made us very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Breakfast is served hot and clean.

Food had to be ordered on Swiggy or Zomato from outside. They do not have full-fledged kitchen to cater to its guests. Swimming pool is not open. I was hoping to cool myself in Pool in the evenings.

Nothing the property was quite bad and not at all pleasing

The pictures put up are kinda different from what the space is in real life the photos are put up in stretched format which makes the space to look big but in reality the space is small and not at all comfortable

It is a secluded place away for the crowd noise of Vagator / Anjuna. Washroom was clean. Nothing else to like about that place. Definitely not Superb / Excellent as per the reviews. Just average or below expectation.

There was no breakfast as such. Just tea & egg omlet or in veg it was upma / poha. No other options provided. If you do not have a bike or car you cannot go out for breakfast as it is quite a bit of walk. I had 20-30 bees in the balcony when i arrived in the room. The balcony was almost unusable every evening. Beds & Pillows were too soft so had neck pain. Swimming pool is smaller than your room so it is useless.

The hotel was very clean and all the facilities were up to date. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Hot water was available throughout the day at any time. Food is accessible through swiggy and zomato too. The breakfast at hotel was enjoyable, quantity being more than sufficient for one person. Overall a great stay for my family.

The location was a little bit remote but not too much..

The location was peaceful and the room size was decent. Overall it was good

The AC was leaking and was not fixed despite asking the manager to look into that on multiple days
