"Disappointing initially but good towards the end"

The breakfast was good, the room was also very good.

I had booked via booking.com for a room with bathtub for 2 days which concluded to around 4000/- however when we went to checkin there was no bathtub in the room under that price. Eventually we booked an expensive room which had the bathtub and pool view which concluded to around 5000/-. But, it is the fault of booking.com who didn’t show us the correct images for the correct rooms.

Good comforting rooms.

Very bad room service, no food service available (no lunch no dinner and below average breakfast that too on specific time) very bad room service and no assistance in any service to the rooms.
