"Good value for money but house keeping needs improving"

Great value for money, friendly staff. Bus stop right outside to get into Windsor. Free parking

No Aircon in room. The shower was pathetic and had hardly any pressure. Dirty cups in the room were not replaced.

"Does the job but bare minimum"

It was clean and the manager was lovely

Bed and pillows were NOT comfortable. It was a record breaking heatwave and while the hotel did not have a/c only one desk fan was offered. The windows only opened halfway and it was a swear box for 2 nights. Extraordinarily uncomfortable.

"Okay Stay"

The room was a lovely size and clean.

That there was no facilities for food and drink onsite. This spoilt my experience as was looking forward to a Toby Carvery aswell as breakfast!

"Exceptional"

The room was lovely and clean and had everything you wanted for an evening stay...although quite near Heathrow Airport, we didn't hear the noise of the planes.
