Good location and staff

Breakfast was cold n poor selection

Breakfast and location were perfect as was the staff and room

Been woken early by the bins being emptied

All good enjoyed our stay.

No problem.

Good food helpful staff good room size clean and tidy

Room door screws loose, on both sides of the door handle

We've stayed a few times and room 103 was the best we've stayed in

We had an issue as the kettle sprang a leak which caused a power cut in our room and nobody knew where the fuse box was for our room the manager eventually found it and turned electric back on gave us another kettle but nobody checked the electrics to make sure everything was ok At the very least we should have been given another room while it was checked

The room was nice, clean , good shower room

Room very hot ,fans did not make a lot of difference. Only 6 hangers

Good location- close to Windsor Castle Room was clean
