Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon.

Wir hatten das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht. Leider gab es für uns am ersten Tag kein Frühstück, da die Mitarbeiter gestreikt haben. Sie erzählten uns, dass sie uns kein Frühstück machen können, da das Management keine Gehälter auszahlt. Traurig für die Mitarbeiter. Eine Entschuldigung oder Sonstiges vom Management gab es nicht. Das Frühstück am letzten Tag haben wir erhalten. Es war aber auch nichts Besonderes. Zwei Eier und trockenes Brot. Erwartet also nicht zu viel! Wir würden definitiv nicht wieder kommen! Es ist kein günstiges Hotel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben.

The food/drink service was very slow and on one occasion we were waiting over half an hour for a coffee

I had an absolutely lovely stay here. The rooms are really comfortable and feel spacious and relaxing - the décor is really lovely. I slept really well and as a solo traveller, I felt really safe. The location is great, a 15/20min walk to the beach - you have to walk through some lovely streets - not sure how well lit is is at night but you can get a tuk-tuk or car. The main part of Ahangama is the same walk wit loads to do. Staff were great and helpful - food was tasty and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after being out and about/as an alt to beach.

Great stay! The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also tried the sound healing session and really enjoyed it — definitely recommend. I’m very happy with my stay here and I’ll surely come back

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность отелю за прекрасно проведенные дни! Отдых получился по-настоящему качественным и расслабляющим, и вот почему С первых минут поразил стильный и продуманный интерьер. Ощущение, что попал в пинтерест. Номер светлый ооочень чисто, удобная кровать, стильная ванна. Отдельно хочу отметить невероятно уютные халаты и качественное, приятное к телу постельное белье. Спалось как на облаке! А также понравилась косметика в номере (шампуни, бальзамы)очень приятные ароматы Территория утопает в зелени, все очень ухоженно и красиво. Бассейн чистый, с идеальной температурой и очень живописный, провели там много времени. Ну и завтрак вкуснющий омлет, хлеб не заезженный Харрис а вкусный подовый как в России , местные лепешки из кокоса просто восторг Однозначно рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ценит комфорт, внимание к деталям и хочет получить по-настоящему качественный отдых.

Absolutely Magical Ayurvedic Retreat – Beyond Expectations!** I came here just to learn about Panchakarma and find out where I could do it, but this place turned out to be so much more. The whole experience was pure magic. The room looked like it was made for a princess — spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of peaceful energy. From the moment I arrived, Liza and her team welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. Their smiles and constant support were beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They even helped me extend my visa — I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! I originally planned to stay only a few days and was afraid I might feel lonely, but I ended up staying two weeks because I felt so cared for and happy here. The entire staff made me feel at home. The doctor has an enormous heart and incredible skill — just by checking my pulse, she knew exactly what was going on with my body. Truly the best Ayurvedic doctor in all of Sri Lanka. I’ve been struggling with insomnia for years, and after my very first amazing massage, I fell asleep for three hours during the day — something I hadn’t experienced in ages. Every detail of my stay was perfectly organized: from the meals to the treatments, everything ran like a Swiss watch. They even offered to cook whatever I desired. Since I’m vegan, I often find the food bland, but here the chef, who used to work in top 5-star restaurants, made every dish a dream — full of flavor, creativity, and love. I truly didn’t expect this level of care and harmony. I can only say: come here. It’s one of those rare places where your body, mind, and soul all start to heal at once.
